working principle
The return water (hot water) of the system is pumped to the water distribution system at the top of the cooling tower. When the water depth reaches the effective position, it is evenly distributed on the heat dissipation packing by gravity and flows from top to bottom along the preset flow channel inside the packing, forming a uniform and stable water film; At the same time, air enters the packing material from both windward sides and passes through the packing section vertically and horizontally with water. The evaporation of air and some water carries away heat, and the cooled water drops into the bottom collection tank for system circulation.
Product Features
adopts a double-sided arrangement of heat dissipation fins, providing a large air flow space. It uses low-speed wide blade aviation wing blades and is directly driven by a reduction motor to reduce overall noise.
The product is assembled in a modular factory, with a single module split into upper and lower chassis for easy transportation and on-site lifting, reducing on-site construction. This model is suitable for air conditioning projects with strict noise requirements and a temperature difference of Δ t=5-10 ℃, as well as other conventional industrial applications.
